This charming farmhouse home plan gives a feel of simpler times with the uncomplicated roofline, charming dormers and large front porch. Q:The mech room is center-lower-level, how is the exhaust handled/routed if using gas water heater and heating.?
A:Ultimately this will be determined onsite by the contractor installing the water heater and heater. However we call out open web floor trusses which help allow space for duct work and such.

A:These things can be vented; how they are vented though, is up to your contractor.
