Q:Will you send images for this plan with walkout basement? I would like to see a rough basement floor plan and the elevations.
A:Our optional basement foundation do not have doors or windows located; but do have a note “doors and window location to be determined by owner/builder.
We cannot assume this space will be finished as 50% of homeowners will finish for living space.
Typically on basement levels, we place or center windows and or doors directly below for the best rear view appeal.
