A:The front deck is 12 feet deep , the side deck is 4 feet deep
so the dimensions of the house without the decks is
Left to right 28 feet, front to back to the pointed living room 40, to the shorter wall 36 because the pointed area extends 4 feet past the side walls.

Q:In the upstairs bathroom, next to the toilet there are two letters, "SH", to the right of the toilet. Is that a shelf? Also, to the left of the toilet there is a small "circle". What does that circle represent? What is the available space for insulation in the vaulted ceiling?
A:SH is toilet paper nook or shelf for toiletry
Circle is the mechanical vent, if you are using baseboard heating it does not have to be there. Furnace is shown directly under this circle in the basement

Q:Can you do a walkout basement with this plan with access through the storage closet off the hallway? What are the actual dimensions on both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, and the mud room. How wide is the area in the master that has 8ft ceiling ? Thank You !
A:A walk-out basement is available for an additional charge of $295.00. The stairs go down directly under the stairs to the loft.
