Q:What sized roof rafters / beams are you using on this plan? and what is the poured footer depths on the foundation?
We have 11 7/8” 210 TJI Rafters @ 24” O.C. called out. The footing depths are called out as 8”.

Q:How detailed are the blueprints? Do you they include the specs for electrical, plumbing, foundation, and a wall cut?
They are very detailed. We include electrical, foundation and a wall cut but just not a plumbing plan.

A:The top is hardy plank board and batten siding and the other portion is hardy plank horizontal at about a 6 inch exposure.
