Q:What is the amount of cabin space in the kitchen? Does the bay window go to the floor? Or is t a flower bed with a window?
A:Good afternoon,
There is Approximately 7’ of upper cabinets and 5’6” of lower cabinets in the kitchen area.
Yes, the boxed out windows are in fact full box outs down to the floor.
Q:Where is washer and dryer located? Thanks, Janet
A:Good morning,
The standard Plan does not have a designated a space for the W/D but on the covered
patio area, I have enclosed an area that could house such appliance.
I can send a sketch later today of this but I am out on an appointment in the
mountains this morning.
Thank You for the inquiry and let me know if you want me to send.

Q:What is footing size for this plan? Artist rendering shows Log exterior yet available with 2x6 exterior walls. Can this be done with Log siding and partial LOG Trim for supporting extremities ?
A:Footing size is determined by their structural engineering and the house is actually set up for log siding and log elements for support. So the home can be built exactly the way the client wants it.
Q:Can you have this designed with a basement?? Thanks, Brad
A:Yes Brad . It would take alterations to
create the staircase going down to the lower
level in between the bedrooms.
Thanks for your inquiry.
