Traditional 2 car garage plan with a forward facing gable and single 16 foot wide garage door. Large storage loft over double garage parking area. The loft is 26 feet deep and has a window at both ends. A window is also available on both sides of the garage as well as a personnel door on the left side. Q:What is the roof height of each floor and what is the overall building height?
A:The ceiling height of each floor is 8’-1 1/8” high. The overall building height is 23’ from the top of the foundation to the peak of the roof. The grade line is typically 6”-8” below the top of the foundation, depending on your lot.
