A:This house plan was designed for a developer. We have an agreement with the developer not to sale this house plan to be built in Lee or Collier County, FL.

Q:Hi i am interested in this plan for a home in Nassau Bahamas which building code has adopted miami dade code.
Can you confirm that the plan listed on your site include structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and Plumbing sets. Also does this includes any Request for information if needed in the event something isn't clear or dimensioned etc.
A:Our plans are complying with 2017 FBC. And structural and mechanical, plumbing and electrical are not included in set. Set includes only architectural drawings
