A:There are numerous different sizes of windows throughout the design. These sizes will be listed on the floorplan of the construction drawings that you receive and will be easily interpreted by your builder or door/window provider.
Q:Is there a plan for a walkout basement that I can see?
A:The basement is unfinished, so there is no floorplan available. There will be doors/windows across the basement level that mimic the main floor above.
Q:Was wanting to know the lead time on plans if no changes are made. I seen 14 to 21 days for ones with modifications and wanted to see if there are differences.
A:Orders for plans with no modifications typically ship the same day if ordered before noon CST. If additional items such as basement foundation, 2x6 walls, reverse, etc. are selected, the ship date could be delayed by no more than 5 business days.
Q:Do you have any photos or client photos of the interior?
A:Unfortunately, we only have the exterior photos of this one. There are similar larger plans that have photos...see plan 56911 and 51966.
