Q:Can garage be modified to accommodate side entry in lieu of front entry? Are plumbing and mechanical sheets available for this plan?
A:A side entry option could be done as a modification, or your contractor could easily make the change on site. The mechanical and plumbing sheets are not included since they are specific to the site where you will be building. Consult with your mechanical contractor for these items if required.

A:The only front exterior available is shown on the site. We do not offer multiple fronts for each design.

A:We do not currently have a 3 car version of this plan. You can click the "Modifications" tab at the top of the page to inquire about a price and time frame to produce a modified version with a 3 car garage.
