A: If you finished the entire Lower Level the square footage is 3099. If you have a specific area tell what areas and we can tell you the square footage.
A: Q: When built on a slab, where are the hot water heater and HVAC located? A: In a storage closet that replaces the basement stairs going down. Q: Where is the main breaker box located? A: That will be based upon where you main power enters the house per your electrician. Q: Also, where does the window above the front entrance open up to? A: Attic Space. Q: Is it just cosmetic? A: Yes.

A: It will according to what foundation plan you will be on. If it will be on a slab foundation it would be approximately 9’-4”. If it will be on a basement it would approximately be 10’-0” This is a site controlled issue that the builder will handle.
A: The basement staid area turns into a storage closet. We can redesign that area to make a bigger Mud Room entry if a storage closet is not needed for $350.00 additional in a 2 week +- time frame

A: It would be impossible to make it 2500 square feet. We suggest that if your budget is 2500 square feet focus on that range and not 3100 square foot plans

A: This plan meets all the national code requirements, but your area may have amendments to that code. Our plans make it through all building departments except the ones that do have some amendments. Some areas may also require special wind shear, snow load or seismic requirements that may need to be done at you local level. If any of these are required in your area your builder will have access to professionals in your area that can supply those items needed.
