Q:What size is the master bath?
A:About 10’ x 25’
Q:What size is the study, formal dinning, kitchen and dinette?
A:What size is the study – 13’4” x 11’0”, formal dinning – 13’8” x 11’0”, kitchen - 17’8” x 15’4” and dinette - 10’2” x 12’4”?
Q:What are the dimensions of the game room,great rm, and master bedrm? Are there 2 islands in the kitchen? Is there lighting at the entry to the home and garage? Is there space for the furnace and hot water heater? Is the height of the building the same from front to back. I assume the lani is covered correct?
A:1) Yes, there are lights on the entry columns, entry ceiling and on either side of the garage doors
2) The are 2 – linen cabinets on the large vanity side of the Master. There is a linen cabinet in the pool bath.
3) The height overall from finished floor to top of roof is 27’5” (same height all sides)
4) The hot water heater is currently show as a tank unit and is located in the garage. We are showing a split A/C system, the A/C condensers are outside of the garage and the air handler units are in the attic. If you typically locate your furnace on the floor in the garage you may want to extend the garage forward a few feet as needed to allow for the space, the other option may be to use the storage space by the garage if large enough (it’s 5’0” x 6’0”).
