A:There are steel posts in the basement. However, the engineer in your local will be the one to determine whether or not eliminate those posts. The basement is completely unfinished and is something that should be reviewed locally to meet the code requirements.

A:There are several homes in the same style such as 86341, 86315 and 86140. Let me know if any of these will work more closely.
