A:The roof design loads are 30LL and 15DL. Most of the windows are 3050.
Q:what is the total square footage to this home
A:The total heated space is 1400/SQFT. The covered porch and deck area is 264/SQFT. The total footprint area is 1664/SQFT.
Q:Can 2x6 exterior walls be on 24” centers for better insulation? Can roof trusses be used on 24” centers, with raised cambered trusses for the living and kitchen areas to have 10’ ceilings? Thanks.
A:All of our plans are designed at 16" O/C. Switching to 24" O/C would be a matter to take up with a local engineer.
Q:How long are roof overhangs?
A:The rake & eave overhangs are both 12".
