Q: Was wondering if you have a plan to place a basement under this home (plan 41811)? Also, wondering if those are posts in the great room and also at the corner of the dining room? If these are posts, could they be removed?
A: Good Morning! Yes, we do have this plan with a basement ($250 as of 12/27/2022)! The stairway to the basement is directly under the stairway going up. As far as the posts go, the one in the living room is supporting the cathedral ceiling. The post in the dining room is supporting the beams but that could be removed if you wanted the dining room completely open. Let me know if you have any other questions.
