Q:Hello! I would love to know the dimensions of the master shower, both master closets, and the center kitchen island? If I chose not to do a basement foundation, what size would the closet be in the place of the down stairs location? Thank you!

Master closet #2 10’8” x 6’5” irregular
Kitchen island 2’9” x 3’
Stair area 12’9” x 3’ 8” The water heater would need to go under the stairs to the second floor and the furnace will need to be placed somewhere.
