A: The access for the crawlspace can be located anywhere on the house. We have it located on the left. We do have this with a basement version as well. The square footage is different. The attic access is left up to the owner. Typically it is located in a scuttle between the two bedrooms. The heating and water equipment is decided between the builder and the local code requirements for that area. Thank you and have a wonderful day! Julie
