A:Hello, Yes, the plans do include a foundation plan which has typical details for the footings, and foundation. The plans include foundation plan with details, floor plan, exterior views, roof plan, ceiling and roof framing, interior cabinet drawings, wall section, cross section, electrical layout.

Q:Was curious to see if this house with a dormer up top with an extra space there if possible or already created? Thankyou!
A:See plan 59993. It is a version with a loft added, and three dormers on the front . 1016 s.f. heated including the loft.

A:Hello, The ac unit would have to go in the attic on this plan, unless you wanted to create a 3'x3' closet where the hall linen cabinet/part of the raised bar are located. The angled wall nearest the kitchen would change to allow for the square ac unit closet to be added. You can make that change onsite, or just put it in the attic.
