Q:Can this home be modularly constructed?
A:This plan may not be as strong a candidate for modular construction due to the complexity of the plan. If by modular you mean SIPS wall and roof panels, then a SIPS manufacturer can usually engineer most plans. If by modular you mean engineered trusses, then most plans can be engineered by a truss manufacturer for the roof truss design.

A:The Master Bedroom has its own bath, BR 2 uses Bath 2, BR’s 3 & 4 share Bath 3. We do not have any other photos available other than those shown on the photo gallery on your website.

Q:Sorry for the questions, the plan is extremely small and hard to read. 1) What are the dimensions of the garage? 2) What are the dimensions of the kitchen? 3)What is the ceiling height of the Great Room? 4)What are the dimensions of the Master closet? 5)What is the overall sq. footage of the slab?
