No foundation design included. Due to the wide variety of soil conditions and various building practices, there is no way we could provide accurate drawings to cover all situations. A registered professional engineer should design the foundation for your specific lot. We believe something this important should not use generic drawings. Where we are located, most municipalities, FHA/VA, and all the builder warranty programs require the foundations to be designed by a registered structural engineer.
