Q:Where is the utility room located? Does every room in the house have 9' ceilings?

There is a mud room and a laundry room between the garage and kitchen. The main ceiling height is 9’ but the Master bedroom ceiling slopes to a 12’ and the Grand room has a 10’ step up.

Q:Is the window above the porch just decorative or is it fir ventilation? Also is it cheaper or more expensive to do a side facing garage?

The window above the porch is just for decoration.
The garage door location will cost you the same amount to put it on the front or the side. Your driveway may be more expensive depending on which direction you will be entering your property.

Q:can you build this on an unfinished basement and do you have pictures of the back of the house?
A:Hi, thanks for your question. I have attached a picture of the back of this home. Yes, the plans can be modified for a basement foundation.
