Welcoming Farmhouse Foyer
Passing through double doors as you enter this home, you land in the foyer. This foyer has 10-foot-high ceilings and a coat closet to the left. To the left of this foyer is the dining area. This area is the bread and butter of the home. It features large windows that allow natural light to flow while you and your family enjoy a nice breakfast. This dining room has a special style of its own with its sloped ceilings and access to the butler’s pantry.
This farmhouse has a butlers pantry complete with an ice maker and a mini fridge. This great for storing excess groceries or turning it into a minibar.
Open Floor Plan
Once you pass through the butlers pantry you land in the kitchen. This farmhouse has an open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings. In the kitchen there is an island with seating for four. Directly behind the seating at the island is the great room. This room is over 21 feet by 15 feet. with exposed timber beams. The feature wall has a fireplace to keep the whole room cozy and warm on cool winter nights.
Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 Details
Bedrooms two and three are locked past the great room. Each room features a spacious walk in closet and easy access to the bathroom. The bathroom that separates the bedrooms is a jack and jill style with the sinks being separated from the tub. This style bath is perfect for families with teens that do not like to share space.
Master Bedroom Suite
On the opposite side of the house you will see the master suite. This spacious room is an oasis of its own. The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a side door that allows easy access to the grilling porch. Relax in the master bath, in your whirlpool tub or the standing glass shower
The Bathroom is completed with his and hers sinks. Around the corner you see a spacious walk in close that also has access to the Laundry room.

Optional walkout style basement (three walls masonry with a wood framed rear wall with notes for the builder to locate the windows and doors) and optional full basement foundation available if the plan allows, at an additional cost.
FLOOR PLANS Each home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimensioned locations of walls, doors, and windows as well as a schematic electrical layout (not available for log homes).
SET OF ELEVATIONS All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.
