A: One set means "One complete set of blueprints intended for bidding purposes ONLY".- This package does NOT come with a legal license to build the house. If you intend to build the house, you would need to choose the 5 set, pdf, or CAD file plan package. Five sets means "five complete sets of blueprints" This package DOES come with a legal license to build the house once. All these other packages below also come with the legal license to build the house once- PDF means an electronic copy of the files in adobe "pdf" format. Cad files are autocad format electronic drawing files intended for use by a local design professional who has the CAD software. CAD files do come with a pdf electronic copy of the plans so that you can open and view the files, or make prints using the pdf. Thanks. Stephen Mathis, CPBD
A: Hello, No. It would be simple to add a built in closet in the bunk room if desired, or just use furniture for that. The best place for a built in closet would be along the bathroom wall. The heat and air unit would be located either in the attic, or under the house if it were a crawlspace foundation. Many people choose hotel type hvac units for houses this small. They are less costly. Would probably need two of them for this plan though. Another option would be to create a small closet on the screened porch to place the mechanical unit inside. Depending on foundation type, the return air duct could go under or above. Same for water heater. Suggest using a tankless water heater which can mount anywhere, even on the exterior wall. Have a good day.
