Q:Ceiling heights? 2x6 construction? Can back kitchen wall be moved back to be in line with back wall of master bedroom? Can add 2 ft to left side of house to increase size of two bedrooms?
A:The ceiling height is 8’ except for the great room which has a cathedral ceiling. The maximum cathedral height is 10’-6”.
Yes, we can modify the plan, moving the kitchen wall as well as the left side of the house. Please call for a modification quote.
