Q:-Is there any inside pic of kitchen pass-thru? -Is this a block, concrete design for a Florida Hurricane rated home? -Do I need PDF or CAD file? I need to present 3 plans to our county provide a plan to our builder & one for us. (Are these complete sets that include electrical, HVAC, plumbing & elevation) -Can solar panels be added? Thank you, Anthony Castillo
-We do not have any interior pictures of this home.
-This is a block concrete design for a Florida home, however it is not engineered or stamped.
-We do not offer CAD files for this plan, only printed sets or PDF files. If your county permitting/building department requires engineering or stamping I recommend purchasing the PDF files. With a PDF you can have any modifications you would like made and you can print as many sets as you need.
-These are complete sets of plans, they include elevation, foundation, floor plan, roof plan, electrical and detail sheets.
-We do not include HVAC or plumbing plans, this is up to your contractor to determine based on your site and local building codes.
-Solar panels could be added to the plan, you would need to check with your permitting/building dept to see what their requirements are and also if you are building in a community that has an HOA you would need to check with their CC&R’s to see what requirements if any there are for solar panels. Depending on the requirements from the planning/building dept. and/or your HOA (if applicable) you may be able to add the solar panels without having to modify the plans or they may require that the plans show the solar panels.
