A:Good morning.
The front porch depth from the door to the railing is 8’4” and from the outside of the front bedroom 2 wall to the railing is 2’-8”.
The overall width is 12’-8”. 7’-8” is at the entry between the right bed 2 wall and the left garage wall.
Q:In the master bedroom, there is a step ceiling. Is the step ceiling built into the trusses, or is it shown under the trusses?

Q:I would like to order this plan but need to pull the master wall over to get more room for a different master bath layout for tub and shower. I cant tell how hard that would be with regards to what it would do to the second garage peak roof?
A:With revisions I don’t see anything being a problem. The look of the front would be about the same and it wouldn’t affect the roof much.
Q:Are the basement steps long enough lor proper pitch and headroom?
