Q:Are the stairs to bonus room included in living area square footage? If so, could this be deleted and use pull down stairs in garage to attic over garage? what would be the sf deleted?
A:Stairs are not included in the 1800 sq.ft.

A:Walls are 2x4. Closet is 3-10 x 3-10 with the corner clipped at 45deg angle.
